Rezolles_Net Mall reserve right to cancel or discard any order made if payment is not made in one week from the date of order.

Rezolles_Net Mall does not responsible for any delay caused by the distrobuter or the delivery company.

Charge fixed is final.

Customers should have at least 1 (one) bank account for the purpose of payment.

Customers are strictly prohibited to contact distrobuters .Distrobuters will only have direct dealing with dealers.

All goods sold are not returnable or refundable.

Kindly verify products upon delivery.Your acceptance of the delivery shall be deemed as final and

any further complaints of shortage or wrong products will not be entertained.

Some of the products or service is provided by 3rd party company or person.Rezolles_Net Mall

do not responsible for anything that caused by the 3rd party company or person.

Rezolles_Net Mall do not responsible for ANY information error in product catalog.(spec/technical/colour**).

However, we do our best to make sure that informations written is correct.

**Items colour is depend on stock available.Customer should inform Rezolles_Net Mall if they want their own choice colour.**

**Rezolles_Net Mall deserve to change product model as long the physical feature is the same.Some of the items model number is different from stated.It's depend on stock availability.**

Warranty information

This warranty does not cover problems arising due to wrong power supply voltage,improper installation,human error

(tampering,negligence,lack of reasonable care,corrosion,rusting or stains).

This warranty does not cover damages arising from due to acts of Gods,accident,misuse,unathorised alteration or repairs

by unauthorised person without the knowledge or approval of our Company.

The decision of Rezolles_Net Mall on all questions, relation to defects, workmanship or material respecting of our products

shall be final and conclusive and the Purchaser hereby agrees to abide by our decision.

This warranty is valid only if the serial number or sticker appearing on the product has not been removed,altered or defaced.

Proof of purchase (i.e invoice,recepit) and users portion of this warranty card shall be presented upon request.

Warranty process may take up to 2-4 weeks depends on the damage and availability of the product stock.

Rezolles_Net Mall do not provide its own warranty for its product.Unless the product comes with its standard warranty.

Eg : Hard Disk, 1 Year warranty from Rezolles_Net Mall, but differ warranty period (usually longer) than Rezolles_Net Mall offered. Let say, 5 years.If the product faulty BEFORE 1 year from the date of purchased, the customer can claim from Rezolles_Net Mall for Return Material Authorization (RMA) to its respective manufacture.However, if the product faulty exceeds1 year, the customer can still claim the warranty, but need to direct on its own to the manufacture.

Standard warranty is 1-Year limited warranty. However, different item may have different warranty period.Such as HDD Case, the HDD case comes with 1 year warranty, but the adapter is ONLY 3 months warranty.Please contact us to get more information about warranty of your purchased product. (depends on the product model & manufacture)

We do not cover the delivery charges for the warranty purpose.Customer should pay for the return.
